Your support fuels what we do at More Than a Meal, and there are many ways you can help.
1. Provide a Meal

Each week, we rely on church groups, community groups, and caring individuals to prepare a nourishing, well-balanced meal for about 120 people.
(Always confirm the precise guest count with the assigned supervisor the week before.)

2. Volunteer With Us
We’d love your hands and heart. On Tuesday nights, volunteers help with:

Greeting guests and other volunteers

Conversing with and supporting guests
-
Tutoring or reading with children
-
Distributing toiletries
-
Supervising the play area
-
Assisting with kitchen and serving tasks
-
Leading crafts or discussion groups

3. Donate Needed Items
We maintain a running list of essential items. Your donations of these goods go directly to the people we serve:

Shampoo (men’s & women’s)
If your church or local organization would like to sponsor a toiletries drive, MTaM would be happy to provide you with a list of current supplies that we might be in need of at the time of your drive.
